The Twenty First Convocation of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad will be held on 01-05-2017 for conferring Degree/Diplomas/Certificates on successful candidates. All the candidates who have been declared eligible for the award of degrees from May,2013 upto December, 2016 for UG Courses, PG/Diploma/Certificate courses upto May 2016 and from April 2013 to March 2017 for M.Phil & Ph.D Programmes should apply in the prescribed Application Form.
The candidates, who are desirous of attending the convocation in person, may download the Application Form from the website www.braou.ac.in (or) collect the application form, free of cost, from their respective study centres (or) from the Examination Branch, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Open University, Road No.46, jubilee Hills, Hyderabad-500033. The candidates should submit the filled-in application form along with D.D for Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred only) drawn in favour of ”The Registrar, Dr.BRAOU, Hyderabad” payable at Hyderabad directly to the Controller of Examinations Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Open University on or before 31st March, 2017, either in person or by post. The cover containing the application form should be super scribed “Application for XXI convocation”.
The Candidates who are unable to attend the convocation personally, may also apply for their Degree in ABSENTIA through the prescribed Application Form by paying Rs.400/- through Demand Draft in favour of “The Registrar, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Open University ,Hyderabad” payable at Hyderabad and the certificates will be sent to their respective addresses by speed post after the Convocation.
Applications received after the last date and incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
